FRIDAY:  Boy, where did the time go this Labor Day weekend go?   We took a ride into Camden to capture a view of the Windjammers sitting right there in the harbor waiting to make their sail across the waters into Rockland.

Boats galore sat with that great American flag standing out like a magic reminder of from what these boats represented.

Many dinghies took their place and a close look showed many sailors in their white shirts and kahki pants conversing.

SATURDAY:   Leon preparing pizza for guests on Labor Day.   Got a few ready to slip into the pizza oven,

while I prepared some tastings that we sampled.   Found these Cheddar Wirlz Poppers in the Dollar Tree placing some brie cheese on them  - simply wonderful.
SUNDAY:   Went to Ports of Italy with Larry and Marie.   It was such a gift to see Marie smiling after just having a kidney transplant that she has waited so long to get.  I also loved seeing that smile on her face.
I have never had ravioli like this!   Never seen such huge pieces with steak and cheese.   I could not eat it all.    Leon's veal with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts was just as filling with a wide variety
of "delicious" to go along with it.

MONDAY:   Labor Day has arrived and guests got together at the Bausch house for PIZZA!     I decided to get what I thought were large plastic plates, but turned out they were used for making CAKES on!   I did not realize what I was purchasing, but they worked out perfectly.

A charcuterie platter was prepared to eat before dinner and the guests all brought scrumptious eatings to go along with it.

Then the pizza making began.   Leon preparing!  Jim Cloud serving!

The evening moved by with sharing thoughts and loving laughter.
Just how I like it.

What fun! You two have such a wonderful time and very hospitable too boot! I'm jealous of Leon's many talents!
Bless you both.

Leon can do anything, Jim - or at least reads up on how to do something he is unfamiliar with. He's my "google" on everything!!
