WEEKEND HAPPENINGS

The weekends come and go quickly and it seems to be a time with friends.   Saturday mornings are spent at Megan's  Rose Cottage Bakery enjoying those delicious baked eatings along with a cup of coffee.   Next weekend is the last day she will be open for this summer.   Oh my, the time scooted by so quickly.

Took part in our Friday afternoon at Cuzzies and while parking the car we ran across these huge leaves that I have never seen before.   Their size and beauty make a giant statement of what growing plants successfully look like with
the flowers adding that magical color.

Yesterday was spent in the garden weeding and checking on
​those flowers that need to be replaced.

Spencer was sort of looking over the situation, making sure I was doing it right!

Then, once again, resting after a long day taking in the outdoors.

What Spencer was really doing was watching the huge machine moving big rocks from one side of the backyard to the other.   More on this later!    All in all it was a fabulous weekend, speeding by so quickly, with a visit to the gym to the store and
 to TJ Maxx, checking out on things that came in this week.
