We spent last Friday working in the garden with Spencer right there watching us,   making sure we got things done right!
Picture
I decided to snap a few photos as the flowers got placed but surly will be moved to different spot later as more get added.

After messing with the camera I placed it on the bicycle seat, in plain site, so I wouldn't forget to pick it up when returning to the house.   However, forgot it was there when we started watering the freshly planted flowers.   Guess what...the camera received much water and was totally all wet!!!   When I remembered to go out and get it, the water was shut off, but the camera sat
there with water all over it.
Picture
We cleaned it off and put it in a bag of rice, for what reason I don't know, but Leon seemed think it would all dry out over night.

My backup camera came out of the kitchen drawer and battery got charged.  My wonderful camera never came back to life.  This is the third one I have broken, dropped or got water soaked.   I swear I am getting too old and forgetful, feeling just awful that a fourth one will be purchased only this time more expensive.   I don't want to risk my iPhone meeting disaster.    Will I ever learn how to care for an item I use every single day with much love?

Barb, you care about everyone and everything! Look at all the work you accomplished this week , cleaning up and making choices buying plants , placing them etc and you both had Covid this month! All your cameras get used and loved with all you fabulous photos and stories. You deserve a new one, no worries. It is life! We all forget things because our minds have so many details, details and more details. Give yourself some hugs from us!
XOXOXOXO

Oh, Ellen, you make me feel so good. Your words mean a lot to me. We live a day at a time and get something out of it as it presences itself. I love you both and adore your hugs!
