SURPRISE TREATS!

Oh, I love it when friends have gardens and produce
​arrives surprisingly at our door!

Helen not only bought over food, but plants I so admire for our garden.

They were all placed in the yard!

This is what they'll look like in the dark holes of dirt.

 I walked near the side of the driveway and to my surprise those little tiny things Leon planted in June turned out to be big beautiful grasses.   Who knew?

Then Michelle came and brought her landscaper to get some rocks.    It was a thrill taking this all in - that guy easily lifting those boulders and placing them in the truck bed.  Just imagine how heavy they were.   The day became packed with great friends visiting and lots of work getting done.   My idea of heaven!

Time for dinner and thanks to Helen those tomatoes and
beans were downright delicious in that salad.
