SATURDAYS ARE WONDERFUL

It's Saturday and our first stop is always Rose Cottage Bakery.

Here's what came home after Leon dives into a blueberry piece of wonderful.   I slowly ate a coconut and absolutely delicious piece of, I don't know what you call it.  Had I taken a bite while we were there, I would have bought all of them!   We call these remaining pieces "dinner dessert"!

Then Megan went to her bookshelves filled with cookbooks, pulled this book out and gave it to Leon!    Soup recipes made at LEON's restaurant.

It was first published in Great Britain in 2017 in the "home of naturally fast food.   Whether you're looking for a simple soup to take to work or something more elaborate for dinner with friends, this book has the answer".

They would be great for Chef Leon to eagerly mix up and serve.   We are going to try one of them this evening for dinner.    They have already printed Happy Salads and because of the feedback gotten about that book, they decided to "shine a similar spotlight onto our soups".    

Rose Cottage Bakery, in Camden, is open tomorrow but closed the month of March.   If you want to taste something out of this world, make an effort to stop by (9:00-1:00) for an extra special treat and wonderful conversation.
