Do any of you have a mess like this sitting around? It's unbelieveable how many things I have going on. Books, magazines, TV remote control, cards, photos.
Last night I watched the taped TODAY'S Hoda and Jenna and the whole show was about not trying to do so much every day. The part that I was interested in appeared to be night-time routine. About an hour before you go to bed turn the TV, the computer and your phone off. Write in a journal your thoughts for the day.
Some helpers to make you feel better is to eat nuts and strawberries. I only mention those two things because I eat them all the time. Don't eat late - this is my problem! Wear a "mouth tape" at night so you breathe through your nose. It reduces bloating. Put on a mask to keep all lighting buried! Turn the temperature down in the house. I am going to try these things for a week and see what changes take place and if I can even keep it up. It's time to get my body relaxed!
