Paint brushes are ready! Colleen and I are back at it. Creating in color.
Colleen's masterpiece lies against her paint brush holder and seems to fit just fine right there. Different bright colors add so much to a painting.
While mine is a winter scene with bare tree branches and snow all over the place. To improve your paintings you must paint every day, take classes or learn from a friend to get better. I have not done that for a quite awhile. I need to keep at it. Frosty weather is the perfect time to paint SNOW as you sit lo0king out the window at mounds of it. I'm on to a snowman right now. We'll see more winter landscapes as February arrives.

Thanks for your kind thoughts, Ellen. I think Saturday will be a pajama day in this house.

Thank you for sharing the joy in your paintings. It sounds like this next round of frozen weather will give you more time to paint. Be safe and stay warm.

Tipping, you know me too well. That paint brush is coming out during that snow storm, along with several books to read. And watching the snow fall.
