MORNING BAGEL

There is nothing greater than a toasted bagel in the morning,  ​especially when you are dining with good friends.  Megan, Cate and I spent 2 1/2 hours
​catching up with each other over delicious tastings.

The selection of goodies made the decision hard as I took a look at what is being offered.   I haven't been in the cafe for a long time and the menu certainly has expanded.

There were a mass of writings and drawings from school aged
​kids being displayed on the wall.

In reading over a few I found them to be masterful and the drawings to be superb!   Oh, how it takes me back to my teaching years and the fun I had with all those great students.

Upon leaving the Bagel Cafe, greens attached to the windows afforded me a closer look.   Just how lovely is that?   What a treat the whole experience happened to be - friends, bagels and poetry.     ​Couldn't get much better all the way around.
