MEETING UP WITH FRIENDS

We met friends in Wiscasset,  Peaks Island (Portland area) friends, who JoAnn and Bill met while visiting Lucca in Italy.   It's so special because we talk about everything they did while there.   They bought bicycles along time ago and store them in Lucca so upon their return they are off and riding, visiting places they've been before and also new ones.   It is always a treat to dine together as we catch up with what's going on across the waters.

We stopped at the mailbox upon arriving home and I just had to get a snapshot of the terrain.   The pond is so peaceful and the changing colors add a special look at what is going on in that particular setting.

As we drive home, right at our street, we spot more color
​watching days continue to change.

Here's the beauty at our house.   Luscious shades of FALL meet us when turning into the driveway.   It's been a whole lot of fun spending time with good friends and catching another glimpse of the changing leaves.
