LAST WEEK

I LOVE SURPRISES!   

I love it when surprise packages arrive.   Got this lovely paper decorated box from Mary and couldn't wait to open it.

Red lip pajamas!   So creative.   Light weight.   Just perfect.   Mary KNOWS what puts a smile on my face.   Aren't they just the best?

This jar of real mayonnaise tasted great.   Linda gave it to us.   What a surprise that turned out to be.   It's totally gone in one month, spread on those toasted cheese sandwiches.   We loved every bit of it.

Remember the tulips that Colleen brought over when we were painting on Wednesday?   Well, look at them now.   Opened up and smiling.   Every morning they greet us over that early cup of coffee. 

An email came from Dorette in Dallas, who I haven't heard from in a long time, telling me about this book.   I ordered it immediately because I want to start reading it.   Thanks for the suggestion, my friend.

One last thing.   This photo appeared on Carol's FACEBOOK page - a house built for the artist!   I laughed out loud but certainly loved the way it is set up.    Dreams!   That became my week of adventures with every day bringing a bit of delight and a whole lot of happiness.
