IT'S EASTER SUNDAY

Easter Day has arrived and with it I start thinking of this
​holiday and the happiness it brings.

It reminds me of those family plastic Easter eggs with jelly beans in them scattered all over my cousin's farm.   What a treat to search and gather them to see
​how many you could find.

In the religious world, the lily is  considered as a "symbol of chastity and purity".   It is also associated with the Virgin Mary.

The true meaning of Easter is the holiday commemorates the
​resurrection of Jesus from the dead.   

This eventful day represents to many the Easter bunny or wearing that decorative dress to church or gathering Easter eggs or learning about Jesus
​ - it is a very special day in a host of ways.
