Back to the kitchen I go!    Making breakfast this time
​with a simple and easy recipe.

Put 2 eggs in a fry pan to heat them up,

 placing a tortilla over the eggs.   Flip it over and add bacon and cheese.
Cooking until shell is crispy and cheese has melted.

Roll the whole thing together.

Presto!   You have one scrumptious breakfast in a matter of minutes.   I made it again the next day and it was just as good and provided a tasty meal.
