You guys, I go to the gym every other day for one hour.
Eating well and watching what I eat.
Then comes the day when I can't do it anymore and eat potato chips and a peanut butter and nuts placed on a 40 calorie sandwich roll...for breakfast.
The MINI peanut butter cups are waiting in a kitchen drawer!
Along with the "unwrapped" MINI Butterfinger pieces!
Or perhaps those chocolate chip cookies - tiny and in a small bag sitting right
at the registers in SHAW'S grocery store.
Thank goodness my sweet tooth doesn't desire the candy bars that Leon purchases. It looks like Halloween with all these sweets sitting around. I must get back on the DON'T EAT candy program once again. Or skip dinner for a week. I look at the calendar and what do I see - every day next week loaded with "eating out" days gathering with friends. I do know the word SALAD and must use it!
