Dinner last evening began with hors d'oeuvres at Janis and Jim's home in Belfast.
I'd like to say I helped Janis in the kitchen but that's only looking through and holding the salad cookbook! I was an interested observer.
The dinner was out of this world!
It's like eating in a first class restaurant by candlelight and a cool breeze coming through an opened patio door.
After much catching up and eating great tasting food, we left and headed for home. The discussion in the car centered around what a great chef Janis is. I love it when that invite for dinner arrives. Much fun sharing a meal with dear friends.
