New word!   Crudites:  an appetizer consisting of a variety of raw vegetables, usually cut into strips or bite-size pieces and served with a dip.
A type of hors d'oeuvre.
Picture
Charcuterie board:   contains a variety of meat products along with cheeses, crackers and/or bread.   More of a meal.   Remember the book I received
that tells me all about such a word?

Remember the party we held on our new house slab?   I served both of these words not even knowing what Crudites meant!
So whether it be Crudites snacking or a Charcuterie board for lunch or dinner - it all looks and tastes wonderful.   I learned a new word today!   I have placed them on a post-it which sticks to the kitchen counter so I will start using  the new vocabulary.    Have you tried these words yet?
