Cart Narks

Have you ever noticed grocery shopping carts, or rather any store carts, sitting out in the parking lot instead of being returned to their proper place?  

I do!   All the time.

Meet Sebastian Davis - the Cart Nark.    "It just sucks to have carts around blocking your parking.   It's just a common decency thing to put them where they belong".
