A SHORT DRIVE

Leon and I took a drive on the Camden back roads finding beauty all around.   These trees with weathered bark and thin evergreen leaves come into view.   Are those red berries slightly showing or red flowers?

While driving down a side street we come to this - a STOP sign sitting on a pile of gravel with no way around.   So we turned around and sped off.  

A perfect red cardinal sitting on some skinny branches enjoying the sun.    

Once at home we see Spencer wondering where we have been.   More to come on another drive as we travel the country roads in Maine.
