"Never regret anything that made you smile".
Smiling or laughing makes troubles disappear. I love Leon because he gives that special grin or hearty laugh all the time. My heart just melts when he's doing it.
No matter if it's a TV show we are watching, a funny piece that pops up on the computer, just a happening that occurs or the sharing of a story - a grin, a laugh or that huge smile comes out.
I was at the gym yesterday and this guy had a whole sheet of exercises he was trying to complete. He brings it every time he's working out. Standing there rather tall in nature, around 70, with a receding hairline and seeming to focus on completing the job he started. I stopped to talk. With a grin, I asked him if he did all that every time he was working out. His response ran across his face with a huge smile. "I forget doing these things if I don't stop and record". I told him "what a great idea" and I must start doing that. As I walked off I could see that smile he offered.
We can't help but react with smile of our own when we see some else smiling. It's an "infectious loop of happiness" all the way around! So share some joy with one BIG SMILE after another.

I used to work as a flight attendant and one beautiful lady whom I flew with always ended her safety announcements with, “If you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours.” I never forgot that.

Oh, Diana, I so agree with you about that "smile" we all have. We must share it!
