DELICIOUS FRITTATA

I awoke to a freshly baked frittata this morning.   Leon must have been up early!   It was such an enticing and luscious breakfast.    Steaming hot out of the microwave.     I just keep feeling better  so today we are going to make a "Barb Prepared" meal.   I've got the recipe all picked out.
