A THIN BAGEL

 Have you guys heard of this very thin Sesame Bagel?    I've never even seen it in the grocery stores until hearing about it from Susan on FACEBOOK.  It's in the freezer in the bakery department at Hannaford's.

It gets toasted and then covered in "labneh".   Now, I had to look that word up!   It is a "soft cheese made from strained yogurt, popular in Middle Eastern cuisine and can be used as a dip, spread, or ingredient in various dishes.   It's similar to cream cheese but lower in fat and calories".    Add it with some olive oil and you have what appears to be one great breakfast.

I need to check with Susan and see where you get Labneh.  I use peanut butter and tiny mixed nuts on my morning breakfast treat.  
It tastes so good!
