TWINS!

Met up with Janis and Jim for dinner at Sammy's Deluxe in Rockland.   Words seem to hang in the air as we saw each other.    Red and white stripes and red sunglasses appeared to be the dress code for the evening.

Being the first time visiting this place, I took everything into view.   A piano settled in the corner with table of unmatched chairs and
​ polished hardwood floor.   Nice!

When entering further I catch a look at different patterned table cloths all around.   Pretty spectacular.

Wine bottles all over the place with the price written on the label.  

Leon's pasta dish swarmed with goodness.   It only took a sharing bite to realize how good it really was.

But I must say, Jim ordered the most fabulous dessert.   Rice pudding with raspberries!   I'm going to put the task of making it onto Leon.   It happened to be a great way to end a meal. 

This is not a place you might eat at every time going out as the check was a little outrageous.    The next eating adventure will be pizza at the Bausch house.   And Janice, I bet we won't be wearing the same outfit!
