P.E.O. GATHERING

Leon and I attended the Philanthropic Educational Organization fundraiser for a women's organization where Women support Women.  "Through scholarship, grants, awards, loans and stewardship of Cottey College our Sisterhood proudly offers unwavering support to deserving women from all walks of life".    

The room in South Thomaston Saturday evening produced a large group of people playing BUNCO to raise funds for this P.E.O. organization.   

Sandwiches, chips and wine started us out and conversations
​took place place all over!

After playing two games I took a look around the school, finding cards for sale, many puzzles and one lovely painted chair.   It was filled with things I love to do.

Then the BUNCO winners were announced and presented
​that large blue ribbon!

Our friends supporting Kay and the organization were a happy crowd of dice throwers!   This Sisterhood certainly Shines and are passionate about celebrating, supporting and motivating women.   The mission is to help  advance through education in every state in America - and it was a thrill to meet some of them.
