ONE SCRUMPTIOUS LUNCH

Fourteen of us enjoyed lunching out at the Osprey Nest Cafe giving the high school students a chance to interact with guests and learn to produce restaurant quality food.   This may be a start to a career in the hospitality industry.   We go every year and this time Italy dining was served. 

Some of the baking participants designed their own "Gravity Defying" cakes.   Pretty darn original I'd say.

Besides a fabulous meal, desserts always take over.   Several tables of the greatest tasting sweets were offered.

As we exited the cafe we were greeted by this chocolate designed heart piece.   I am always amazed at what these kids can do and hope they carry on to be fantastic chefs in the future.   Different meal themes are offered each week from April through May.   So next year experience the tastings from
​Mexico to France to England or to Italy.
