ONE GREAT GRANDSON

We have a wonderful, talented grandson staying with us for two weeks and he is an absolute treasure to have around. The family sits in lawn chairs to watch him cut down a big dead tree in the meadow.

He's muscular and knows how to use that saw among a million other things.

Cooking being one of his abilities, spending time looking at cookbooks and knowing just what to do in making a familiar chicken with tomato sauce and cheese on it.
His skills are endless.

Presto! One scrumptious meal appears with sweet potatoes.

His work shoes sit ready to wear each morning as he walks out the door, tools in hand, ready for another "working with wood" day. We are so lucky to share a bit of life with Jake - a master of a whole lot.

Hope that Jake gets to meet Jonathan while they are both here. I think the two of them are pretty similar.

Jake and Leon are going to be at Cuzzy's this week. I've got Garden Club duties and may be there later. Yes! They would like each other, Rick.

He's very much like Leon, Judy! Takes on a task and figures it out if it's unfamiliar to him. He's wonderful to have around.
