NOW it's time for Leon to head home with a handful of bottled pills he is to take at various times of the day.   I pulled out the many pill containers tucked away in the bathroom where there are month holders, two week cases or a small one week pockets.   He started filling them up.

Michelle was out walking Spencer.   He loves having her around as much as he loves to smell the flowers.    Her attention made him extremely happy as they walked two miles.   Michelle was always there to take care of him
when I was in Portland.
Bill and Marjorie arrived with dinner.   Oh, my gosh, I must say the delicious tasting food that Leon had been missing turned up at our door.  She made it with low amounts of salt and it still tasted wonderful.

I miss that scrumptious food from the hospital cafeteria.
Everything was fresh and great tasting.

Arriving home we noticed those very pleasing Maine lupins in a neighbor's yard.   Just a perfect scene greeting us.   What a fabulous day it turned out to be all the way around.  Leon is ready to begin his life again with one more CHEMO treatment this week.   Remember:  Just take it a day at a time.

Do you believe those lupines? I've got to get out and take photos of the many flowers booming right now. Thanks for hugs and constant support, Ellen.

Isn't getting back to somewhat normalcy a gift, Arlene?
