Doesn't this look absolutely succulent?   I mean, a hamburger in a crusted bun!   I attempted to create such a scrumptious meal.
Picture
I made ground beef into small balls and placed them in the hot skillet, pressing to flatten them out with shaggy edges, cooking them.
Picture
After buttering both sides of a potato bun, I place it in the skillet, smashing it and toasting both sides til crispy.
Picture
Here's what I made!   Doesn't it look divine?   Placing a whole bunch of condiments in the burger and making it appear as luscious hamburger treat.

I'm sharing the ingredients to show how simply tasty and flavorful it is.   Of course, I didn't add the fish sauce because I have n0 idea what that is!!   Also leaving the onion out because I only like grilled onions.

Taking only 15 minutes it happened to be a real treat.   So, if you are thinking about making something quick and easy, try this!

Your burger looks so yummy! Bravo!
I have not had a good burger since Bob made his wonderful burgers! We will have to have some when we get together again!
You are cordially invited here any time in the New Year!
Big hugs,
Ellen

Do you believe I made that, Ellen? My next one is going to have bacon on it. These recipes are getting easier and easier. Of course, they only have 3-5 ingredients!
