IT'S ALMOST JUNE!

Time is moving by so quickly 0r is it I'm getting OLD?   I look out the living room windows and catch a glimpse of a meadow of the first LUPINs that appear.   I think they came early this year but offer a striking comparison to the setting in this photo.

We certainly have some cleaning up of branches to take care of.   The small, but colorful, flowers make it so lovely to look at as the morning sun appears.

Where did these flowers come from?   I can't remember ever planting such beauties but here they are on the outskirts among the rocks and debris. 

This one small flower bud that I assumed was lifeless came into view one day after planting it among such healthy leaves.   POP - three such gorgeous 
and graceful colors take over.

This setting usually enters the picture in the middle of June, but has taken a leap to the end of May.   Who knows why but it sure looks breathtaking.   The flower gardens we plant year after year never looks the same as flowers are added and perennials just
​grow and grow and grow - bigger and better!
