ONE GREAT COOK!

Last night we had the most appetizing dinner at Janis and Jim's in Belfast.   The master chef did not disappoint, wearing her blue striped apron which fit her part in the kitchen.

The hors d'oeuvre board was so inviting as we tasted all of it.

I looked from the kitchen to the living room and noticed some very unique lighting.   That is something that would look great in the Bausch house!

The table setting did not disappoint as she served our favorite meal - ROAST BEEF and onions.   Along came some squash, potatoes and Brussel sprouts all tasting superb.   After eating the Brussel sprouts I think I have found a favorite vegetable.

Michelle, our Belfast dentist, joined the group bringing a homemade sorbet with Hershey's chocolate.   That just hit the spot when ending the meal.

Janis pulled out some favorable dark chocolate.   Another addition to my new eating habits.   Thank you for another wonderful meal.   We always enjoy spending the evening with you guys.
