DINNER!

I'm back to cooking again.   Well, not exactly the kind that takes forever to make but the easy one that presents no difficulty at all.

Purchasing a bag of 25 tortillas I'm going to try and make different kinds of meals out of them.   A bit of cheese is added - not too difficult.

I fried white meat chicken, breaking it up into smaller pieces.

Got the bacon bag out of the freezer breaking it up and
​placing it on the tortilla with the cheese and chicken.

I then folded the tortilla over, putting butter on both sides.   Placed in the fry pan it made a great tasting dinner with a bit of light sour cream.

After the meal out came the Butter Crunch ice cream with small walnuts poured over it.   One of my sister's best tasting cookie was added to further sweeten great luscious dessert.   It was a very simple and quite delectable.    Now, I realize this is not difficult to make...

not like the Fish Tacos we dined on at a local Rockland restaurant.   I want to try making these for a dinner party.   Winter is the best time to 
experiment as a chef as the snow piles up and one is house bound.
