COMING HOME

Guess who is heading home! Michelle and I went to see Leon today and that great smile was worth every mile.

Before we took off for home we stopped at the hospital cafeteria where I had a salad yesterday. It was so delicious I landed there again. There are so many vegetables to put in those greens.

Look what Nan left at our front door. She got them at the Garden Club Plant Sale today. What a wonderful friend.

Then Leon called. I was hoping for good news, but it was to show me his dinner this evening. Michelle and I both sat in the car laughing.
Best to end the day with a little laughter.

It's so good to see Leon smiling, Trude. Now we are just waiting to see if he is coming home today. There is little staff on the weekend and the halls were empty yesterday! Must be a day off for everybody and no visitors!

Leon looks great! I think I need to help get him some FOOD. Hope he get enough to feel better. I will continue the prayers until Leon is home and have recovered from your shoulder surgery.

Oh, Freda, I hate this! His blood pressure is reading HIGH so they won't let him go. Sadness is setting in. He wants to be home and out of that hospital. I am postponing my shoulder surgery til he is better. Thanks or your prayers and loving thoughts.
