COLUMBUS DAY BREAKFAST

Leon is sitting, ready for breakfast to be delivered as the flowers sit before him in bright color.   They were fake, but sure added beauty to our meal.

We met John and Helen at 9:00 at the only great morning meal place around - the Rockport Diner.   Aren't these boys handsome?   There were many people eating in that place, it must be rather good or the only place open.   

Charlie ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream topping.   It looked rather scrumptious.   I will order it the next time I'm in there.

Helen and I were sharing words as we sat there laughing through our meal, with Duffy joining in with tales of travel and paintings.   What a way to spend a morning on Columbus Day in the rain.
