BIRTHDAY CALENDAR EVENT

Remember the calendar with specific events each month that Michelle gave me?   Well, here is February's fun task to complete.

I chose this recipe because there were not many ingredients!

First off - bacon got placed in the oven to get ready for the topping.   While that was cooking, I pounded the chicken breasts with a hammer (I mean "mallet") to flattened it out.

Then Michelle showed me how to cut the onions.

I learned how to use a grater that had 4-different sides, for 4 different shapes to cut a variety of cheeses.   Michelle was busy mixing the ingredients 
we put together while waiting for my part of the creation.

The chicken got stuffed with the previous fixings we just finished making, while rolling it up with the partially cooked bacon. 

Leon was busy trying a recipe using potatoes encrusted with parmesan cheese, then placed in the oven.

Final dinner creation!   Leon made the brownies earlier.   They were a wonderful dessert with ice cream added.   Sharing time with Michelle and Leon in the kitchen added to one more cooking event.  It happened to be a wonderful experience and another recipe added to my collection.
