ART CLASS ENDING

Holly Smith, our instructor, shares her work with the class.   Always with a smile and the saying "nothing is impossible in the world of painting".   The class sucks in everything she has to say.

Holly always shares some of her art talents with us, pointing out how you do it!   "Don't be so critical.  Make it like a learning experience."

Colleen and I are sharing some of our work.   Mine is the apple from a few classes ago.

I'm always learning about new art products or purchasing inexpensive books about paint color.   There are many products out there to make it easier to produce art!

This is Colleen's fabulous art work.   She produces this masterpiece in a matter of minutes!

This is my attempt in a previous class...

as is this one.   Trying not to be so concise and just letting that paint flow.

The one I'm working on right now is forcing me once again to be a looser painter.   Will I ever learn?   Must paint something every day.

It's still unfinished, but I will continue to work on it.

This session of classes ended.   I plan to take another evening art adventure with Holly in May when flowers are beginning to arrive.   I had so much fun meeting new people and learning so much more about the art world.
