A DINNER PARTY

We served a dinner party this week.  Spencer saw the table being set while watching
​ for the door to be opened for guests!

Once Janice and Jim hit the door and poured some delicious wine they purchased, outside served as our before dinner event. The flowers we planted last weekend
​were popping up all over and the grasses were so green.

A computer idea served as my appetizer creation.   This year I am going to try different ways to gather small treats and different containers to put them in - for our "before dinner treats".   Just enough to eat with our wine and talk before dinner.

The table sat ready for meal to be served.   Leon made a steak, sweet potato rounds, carrots for our vegetable treat and of course, salad.    Carrot cake and ice cream
​finished off the meal.

Next time I'm going to serve this with little flowers and rosemary to top it off!    The dinner happen to be simply fabulous and sharing it with good friends makes it all the better.
