A DAY IN THE CAR

While taking a trip to the Dairy Queen I am sitting the backseat with Spencer who seems to be interested in what's going on out there.   I often wonder just what he is thinking about - the car ahead of us, a person walking across the street, looking around at everything he can see.   He is so attentive paying no attention to Jake who is also looking around.

Early the next morning Jake took off for a visit to Acadia National Park and loved the rocks that are lying all over the ground.   He was pretty interested in what that long trek had to offer.   What a break it was from class to driving all over the place...checking things out.  I can't believe this little boy, now in his 40's, knows so much and
​is interested in what's going on.  

Then supper time came!   We tried two different/new pizzas from SPICE Pizza...the Bangkok Express and Masaman Curry choices.   Just hit the spot.   Spencer certainly loves having Jake around as do we!
